Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a diverse team of 50 field executives and team leaders, along with 20 tele-callers.
Foster a positive and high-performance culture within the team.
Credit Card Collection Expertise:
Possess a deep understanding of credit card collection processes.
Utilize prior experience in credit card collections to guide the team effectively.
Performance Management:
Set and monitor individual and team performance targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Implement strategies to enhance overall team efficiency and productivity.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and facilitate skill development programs.
Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members.
Client Relationship:
Maintain strong communication channels with our credit card company partner.
Ensure client satisfaction through efficient and effective collection practices.
Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve any escalations or challenges promptly.
Implement proactive measures to prevent potential issues.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in a management role within credit card collections.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent knowledge of credit card collection processes and industry regulations.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet targets.
