Qualification & Responsibilities of a Teacher
? Ensure that the teacher should possess Teacher Training Certificate / Graduate or Post Graduate Degree relevant to the teaching subject from recognized university with at least 3 to 5 years experience in a reputed educational institution and fluency in spoken English is a prerequisite.
? Should be conversant with the latest teaching trends and use of technology.
? Effective teaching and good interaction with the students.
? Commitment to the profession and willingness to extend support always.
? Punctuality in reporting to the school and to the classes.
? Maintain good rapport with the colleagues and students.
? Respecting the school authorities.
? Should be willing to shoulder to conduct co-curricular activities.
? Develop and issue educational content including notes, tests, and assignments.
? Supervise classes to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment.
? Organize supplies and resources for lectures and presentations.
? Plan and implement educational activities and events.
? Identify if there are any special need children in the class and report this to the counselors on time.
