• Greet the clients by standing up with respect. Attend to walk-in students, parents, and visitors in a professional and pleasant manner.
• Maintain the front desk area: clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; efficiently direct them to the concerned department.
• Manage appointment schedules for counselors and coordinate student meetings.
• Maintain visitor logs, inquiry forms, and daily records
