Job Description

Serves as subject matter expert in Health & Welfare Benefits, as well as pension, wellbeing, and time off & leave policies and programs. Partner with HR management, various internal partners, consultants and carriers on global benefits planning and implementation. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for global benefit programs. Manage health and welfare benefit vendor and broker relationships. Lead the annual renewal and open enrollment processes. Educate and partner with the HR team on benefit matters. Align stakeholders on benefits projects and topics by a combination of iron-clad data analysis, presentational skills, and the ability to form effective relationships; level up those around you by educating decision makers on benefits concepts and insights. Contribute to the design, development, and communication of the company's benefits program including plan options, policy features, enrollment, and other requirements. Survey market data in order to determine company's competitive position; create and provide analysis related to regular business reviews and plan scorecards. Plan, develop, and redesign company benefits programs and analyze benefit costs. Serve as a point of contact for escalated issues in the benefits space, leveraging your expertise in Total Rewards.
