•Candidates must have 1-2 Years of professional experience into Payroll processing.
•Generating PF challan, Filing PF Withdraw, Advance, Transfer forms Online.
•To look after Payroll & Attendance Management.
•Maintaining Time office, Attendance and Leave Records of Employees.
•Candidate should be proficient in using advanced MS- Excel (VlookUp, HlookUp, Pivot Table,
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
Personal Skills:
•MBA in HR Specialization.
•Excellent Mathematical Skills, Accounting and Bookkeeping Skills,
•Attention to Detail, Organization Skills, Superior Excel Knowledge and Typing Skills, Data Entry, Good Verbal Communication with Employees.
•Honesty, Record-Keeping Skills, Follows Instructions Well, Competent with Spreadsheets, Familiar with Payroll Software, Basic Understanding of Tax Procedures.
•Familiarity with Benefits and Other Wage Deductions, Multi-Tasking Abilities, Ability to Work on a Deadline, Decision-Making Skills.
Experience: 1-2 yrs
