Skills:
· Good command of the English language.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product.
· Understanding customer’s requirements by asking questions and closing the deal.
· Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.
· Calling & taking follow-ups in regular basis
· Generate leads for Training & Internship programs
· Give information about T & I Programs & convince candidates to do registrations
· Generate maximum registrations /Clients to meet targeted number of opportunities
· Making 80 to 100 calls a day
· Sending 500 mails
· Connecting with Prospects on LinkedIn and sending them messages to confirm the appointments
· Facilitating company’s sales by going the extra mile and meeting a sales quota.
· Keeping a record of all the calls and notes of useful data.
