Job Description
Conduct gaps analysis and initial assessment of the hospitals based on pre-set tools
Support Senior Consultant & Regional Coordinators / Consultants in conducting training and capacity building sessions for hospitals
Guide and support hospitals in development of mandatory documentation and implement them under guidance from Regional Coordinators
Conduct periodic planned and agenda based visits to hospitals for implementation support
Conduct process training, review meetings, implementation review rounds etc. Report progress
Support various other activities related to project as assigned
Candidate shall be Master in Hospital Administration/Management with minimum one year experience in hospital operation/quality
