Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring new employees complete required paperwork.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, performance evaluations, and training records.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Assist employees with inquiries regarding benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Administer benefit enrollment and termination processes, including updating employee records and coordinating with benefit providers.
• Assist with payroll processing tasks, such as verifying timekeeping records, calculating wages and deductions, and processing payroll adjustments.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• Ensure employees are aware of company policies and compliance requirements and address any policy-related questions or concerns.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.

Skills Required and Qualifications
• Master’s degree in human resource management and an equivalent diploma
• Minimum 2 year of experience in HR field
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of ethics and integrity
• Problem solving and decision making
• Time management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
