Job Description:
ASSIST IN THE DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS OF THE HR DEPARTMENT
PROVIDE OPERATIONS SUPPORT ON ISSUES SUCH AS TALENT AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYMENT LAW
ASSIST WITH THE RECRUITING AND ONBOARDING PROCESS ASSIST/LEAD THE DEVELOPMENT OF HR PROCESSES, POLICIES, AND SYSTEMS
LIAISE WITH EMPLOYEES, SUPERVISORS, MANAGERS, AND CO-WORKERS IN PROBLEM-RESOLUTION REPORTS, MAINTAINS AND MONITORS ALL WORKERS' COMPENSATION CASE FILES AND FOLLOWS UP ON OPEN CASES PROCESS PAYROLL.
PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED PROFICIENT WITH MS WORD & EXCEL PRIOR
RETAIL/RESTAURANT/FOOD INDUSTRY
RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE PREFERRED STRONG INTERPERSONAL, COMMUNICATION FOLLOW-UP, PROBLEM-SOLVING, AND CREATIVE THINKING SKILLS
