Four Lines Industries LLC is seeking a proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee records, onboarding,
attendance, and day-to-day HR operations for our steel fabrication and engineering business.
The ideal candidate should have experience handling blue-collar and technical workforce requirements in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of HR experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial companies.
Knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience handling blue-collar workforce is preferred.
