1. 4-6 years of technician/mechanic experience.
2. Worked as Service advisor after technician.
3. ITI/Diploma.
4. No rival company experience i.e., Cars24
5. Experience in OEM based companies i.e., Mahindra First Choice, Maruti True Value,
Toyota, Tata.
6. No Plant/manufacturing-based experience.
7. Can read and understand English.
8. Communication skills.
