Job Description

Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
-Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC engineering, preferably in UAE facilities management, MEP, maintenance, or contracting.
-Strong practical knowledge of mixed HVAC systems and commercial building applications.
-Experience in site inspection, scope preparation, BOQ, quotation preparation, project execution, testing, and commissioning.
-Good knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance.
-Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings, layouts, equipment schedules, and technical specifications.
-Good communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
-Ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously.
-UAE driving license is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct detailed site inspections for HVAC installation, replacement, maintenance, and retrofit works.
-Have strong technical knowledge and practical experience with various HVAC systems, including:
Package Units
DX Units / Ducted Split Units
FAHU (Fresh Air Handling Units)
FCU – Chilled Water
AHU (Air Handling Units)
Split AC Units
Other commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
-Assess existing HVAC systems and identify faults, technical issues, and replacement requirements.
-Prepare detailed Scope of Work (SOW) based on site inspection and technical requirements.
-Review equipment capacities, existing conditions, ducting, piping, electrical requirements, controls, and associated HVAC components.
-Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for technical specifications, equipment selection, pricing, and availability.
-Prepare accurate BOQ, material requirements, and quotations based on site conditions and client requirements.
-Coordinate with clients, consultants, facility management teams, and site representatives regarding HVAC-related works.
-Manage HVAC projects from site inspection, quotation, approval, execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
-Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to approved specifications, scope, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
-Supervise HVAC technicians and subcontractors and provide technical guidance whenever required.
-Attend and resolve site-related HVAC complaints, breakdowns, and technical issues.
-Coordinate shutdowns, access requirements, permits, material deliveries, and other site requirements.
-Conduct testing and commissioning of HVAC equipment and ensure proper system performance.
-Prepare technical reports, inspection reports, completion reports, and other required documentation.
-Review HVAC PPM requirements and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
-Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company procedures.
Maintain good communication and professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
