Responsibilities

• An instructor teaches nurses or other health care professionals in classroom, laboratory and clinical environments utilizing an approved curriculum and visual aids according to the policy of company and standards set out by AHA

• Demonstrates and teaches AHA/IIEMS courses in classroom and clinical units to nurses and instructs nurses/healthcare professionals in principles and application of physical, medical and clinical subjects related to courses offered by AHA or IIEMS

• Prepare and get AHA instructor certification at the earliest.

• Prepare and administer examination, evaluate student progress and maintain records of student classroom and clinical experience.

• Participate in planning curriculum, teaching schedule and course outline

• Check with TL and coordinator concerning travel and accommodation arrangements prior to a course.

• Willingness to travel. Since we have courses in the client location.

• Work with instructors(External/Internal) and coordinators to address the course room set-up, special material needs and equipment arrangements.

• Maintain company standards of training at internal/external course venues

• Check all pre course formalities and reach the venue at the earliest

• Travelling with course equipment and manikins to the venues and ensure the safety of company properties.

• Ensure proper function of courses conducted internally or externally

• Inter-departmental Coordination and any other responsibility in office as assigned by the management.

• Coordination with Operation department.

• Preference will be given to AHA Certified Instructors.
