Job Description

As an Interior 3D and 2D Designer at Craft Home, you will play a pivotal role in the conceptualization and execution of interior design projects. You will work closely with our senior designers and project managers to bring our clients' visions to life. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Conceptualization:

Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts for interior spaces.
Translate design concepts into 2D sketches and mood boards to communicate ideas to clients.
2. 2D Design:

Create detailed 2D floor plans, elevations, and construction documents using software such as AutoCAD.
Develop interior design specifications, including materials, finishes, and furnishings.
3. 3D Visualization:

Generate 3D models and renderings of interior spaces to provide clients with a realistic view of the design.
Utilize software like SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, D5 or similar tools to create 3D visualizations.
4. Material and Product Selection:

Research and recommend materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept and budget.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design elements into projects.
5. Collaboration:

Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design concepts are executed accurately during construction.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback.
6. Project Management:

Assist in project management tasks, including budget tracking and project timelines.
7. Presentation:

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, effectively conveying design concepts and solutions.
8. Quality Control:

Ensure the highest quality of design and workmanship in all projects.

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Up to 3 years of experience in interior design.
Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar.
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
Attention to detail and a passion for creative design.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus.
Portfolio showcasing previous interior design work.
