Job Description

We are seeking an IT Executive to manage our digital infrastructure and support our educational mobile app for the Gems project. The IT Executive will ensure seamless technical support, maintenance, and security of our digital resources.

Responsibilities:
Manage the mobile app's functionality, updates, and troubleshooting.
Provide technical support to team , and users of the app.
Work closely with external IT teams or consultants as needed.
Stay current on emerging technology trends relevant to our educational needs.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
Proficiency in troubleshooting mobile and web applications.
Experience with database management, cloud storage, and IT security.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
