Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Review architectural, joinery, and interior fit-out drawings and specifications.
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Prepare accurate cost estimates for joinery works, including materials, labour, machinery, hardware, and installation.
Calculate quantities and material requirements for wood, MDF, plywood, laminates, veneers, paints, hardware, and other joinery materials.
Obtain and compare supplier quotations for materials and hardware.
Prepare project quotations and commercial proposals.
Analyze project drawings and identify scope, exclusions, and variations.
Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and project teams for accurate costing.
