Candidate profile

* 1 -3 years of work experience as Business Analyst.

* A clear understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and should be process oriented.

* Experience in requirement gathering, use cases, proposal writing, etc.

* Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements capturing using use cases and feature driven methods.

* Experience in identifying and executing test strategies, test plan and functional test cases.

* Ability to work with customers and cross-location teams to establish and maintain a consistent delivery.

* Ability to work well in a team environment

Personal Skills

* Excellent communication and writing skills

* Problem solver, thinker and analyzer.

* Attentive to details, process-oriented, organized and practical.
