Job Description
We are hiring a Junior Technical Chef to join our team. This role is focused on providing on-ground technical support to our clients, ensuring the smooth implementation of our bakery and pastry products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with bakeries, pastry shops, and food service clients to demonstrate and implement our products
- Conduct product trials, training sessions, and technical support for customers.
- Assist in the development of new recipes and applications using Colatta ingredients.
- Ensure clients achieve consistent product quality and troubleshoot technical issues in baking and pastry production.
Requirements:
- Basic experience in pastry, bakery, or food production.
- Strong understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and presentation skills to train and assist clients.
- Passion for the bakery industry and willingness to work in a client-facing role.
