Preferred skills

Cordinate with teams to solve user needs and business goals
Develop process flows, wireframes, and mockups to effectively conceptualize and communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction models.
Takes ownership of the design and work closely and effectively both with the broader UX team, the Product Management and Engineering leaders
Help prioritize and give solicit feedback to the design team in order to continually raise our bar for quality
Create product narratives, wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, experience flows
Support the creation of signature presentations, white papers, investor materials, and customer and product videos.




Preferred Skills

Ability to communicate and demonstrate the value and rationale of own design decisions to business and technology partners
Proven ability to act as a leader in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale, all within a user-centered design process
Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile, Android and iOS
Strong desire for innovation, balanced with business needs, and customer expectations
Ability to prototype in HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, and CSS, Flash or Flash Catalyst




Certifications

CUA/ CXA Certification from HFI or similar UX certifications would be an added advantage

Qualification

B.E/ B.Tech / MCA/ M.Sc Computer Science/Degree or Diploma in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or Fine Art
