Job Description

2–4 years of lift/elevator installation experience preferred.
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical is an advantage.Install and assemble elevators, home lifts, dumbwaiters and related lift systems at residential, commercial and industrial sites.
Carry out mechanical and electrical installation of lift components.
Install guide rails, brackets, doors, cabins, motors, control panels and other elevator components.
Perform alignment, levelling and adjustment of elevator equipment.
Read and understand elevator installation drawings and technical instructions.
Conduct testing and commissioning after installation.
Identify installation issues and coordinate with the supervisor/engineer for corrective action.
Follow all company safety procedures and elevator installation standards.
Maintain proper tools and equipment at the worksite.
Experience with home elevators, passenger lifts, hydraulic or traction lifts will be an advantage.
