Job Description

2–5 years of elevator/lift maintenance experience.
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills.
UAE/GCC experience preferred.
Candidates who can independently attend breakdowns and maintenance jobs will be preferred.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of elevators and lift systems.
Inspect mechanical, electrical and control components of elevators.
Diagnose and troubleshoot lift breakdowns and technical faults.
Check motors, brakes, door systems, sensors, control panels, wiring and safety devices.
Carry out regular servicing and replacement of faulty components.
Attend emergency breakdown and service calls when required.
Conduct testing after maintenance and ensure safe and reliable lift operation.
Maintain service records and report technical issues to the supervisor.
Follow safety procedures during all maintenance and repair activities.
Experience with home lifts, passenger elevators, hydraulic/traction systems and MRL elevators is preferred.
