Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, project coordination, client visits, and achieving sales targets. He will be responsible for driving sales growth by understanding customer requirements and offering tailored solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of lift and elevator systems.
Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the lifts and elevators market.
• Conduct field visits to builders, contractors, architects, and consultants.
• Understand customer technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, technical presentations explaining products and services to prospective customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close orders to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to meet customer specifications.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance and product education.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new areas for growth.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Experience in Lift Sales and ability to manage field sales and travel as and when required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of local market, builders, and contractors is an added advantage.
