Urgent Opening in Facility Maintenance Industry Oman
Job Requirement:
1. Degree/Diploma/ITI with 5+ years of experience, Prefer GCC exp
2. Basic English communication is must
3. Physically fit
Note: Candidate should have extensive experience in FM industry.
Terms:
1. Contract : 2 Years (Renewable )
2. Regular and consistent salary payment as per the individual contract of employment on a pre-notified date on monthly basis.
3. Air-conditioned free furnished sharing accommodation with hot and cold running water.
4. Free good, wholesome and nutritious food.
5. Free laundry facility.
6. Free proper medical care and attention with the company appointed clinic excluding maternity, dental and spectacles.
7. Free company uniforms and PPE, if applicable.
8. Free transportation to & from the job site, as applicable.
9. Working Hours : 9 hours/day, plus 1 hour break
10. Off Day : 1 day/week
11. Leave Entitlement : 30 days calendar year.
12. Joining ticket: Will be provided by client
13. Inclusion in Company’s Group Life Insurance Policy
14. Gratuity Entitlement as per the Labour Law of the Country
15. Eligible Nationality: Indian
