Job Description

1. Responsible for up keeping of machines for production with necessary documentation
a. To inspect the machines & premises regularly with routine maintenance checklist
b. To receive the complaint and give the counter measure to fix the problem
c. Troubleshooting and diagnosis of control panel of automatic PLC controlled machine with OEM manual and electrical drawings
d. Proactive approach in identifying the abnormality and address with prompt solution before it end up with breakdown or failure
e. Enhancing the life span of electrical and electronic parts of machine
f. Having basic knowledge of pneumatic , hydraulic, and mechanical parts will be added advantage
2. Responsible for ensuring the availability of processed RO water , electrical power and compressed air supply for plant operation
3. Capable to handle the maintenance shift operation with supportive semiskilled manpower
4. Responsible for adherence of Preventive Maintenance Calendar to enhance the life span of asset with necessary documentation
5. Identifying and Implementation of Energy saving and Water saving projects with turnkey solutions
