Job Description

? Responsible for the implementation of strategic projects relating to business operations
? Monitor production throughout on a daily basis
? Liaison with all departments to exchange information and use LEAN tools on improving existing manufacturing procedures and systems
? Maintain safety standards for all assigned areas by ensuring safety requirements are met and policies are adhered to
? Support enhancement of the existent Quality Management System to reach IATF:16949 standard
? Co-ordination with quality and store department for preparation of packing standards of goods.
? Any other tasks that are given by the Production Manager/ Management.



Education + Experience
? Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods & techniques as well as excellent commercial understanding
? Highly motivated & self-driven personality who has the necessary stamina to drive operational changes consequently
? Analytical and cross-system thinking skills
? Assertiveness as well as distinctive goal and solution orientation, Ability to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing
? Strong Ethics & Values paired with successful leadership experience
? Computer literate in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel and Outlook
? Proven ability to manage multiple topics within tight timeframes
? Ability to stay focused under pressure and to act quickly on problems
? Very good knowledge of English language skills
