Job Description
Responsible for creating and closing projects and leading a team of their division by ensuring timely deliverables to accomplish the customer’s need and satisfaction along with the Target of the company.
1. Prepare weekly analysis of the marketing / Sales plans and Target Vs Actual presentation for the management and take initiative for meeting with the management for presentation of the same.
2. Overall in charge of Sales closing and collection of of Initial advance Payments, brand building, marketing plans and Lead generation through BTL Activities etc.. (LGP).
3. Plan and participate in exhibitions, seminars, conduct site visits, competitor strategy analysis and comparative studies.
4. Make all arrangements for Contract signing and Project handing over functions. Initiate site hoardings / Pre – Post photo-shoot with the help of Project co.
5. Initiate Evaluation of Orientation programme of new staff in the division, in every 10 th / 20th / 30th with the HR and confirm the performance by self.
6. Establish and maintain a healthy relationship with Associate channel partner teams, prospects, and customers in various geographies. Own and meet assigned sales targets by working closely with them.
7. Participate in expansion activities (adding branches, channel management etc.)
8. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
