Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Manager - Overseas Education to lead our team of Study Abroad education counsellors. As the Overseas Education Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our international student services, including program development, student recruitment, admissions, and advising. You will also be responsible for managing a team of counsellors who provide support and guidance to international students.

Responsibilities:

? Develop and implement strategies for student recruitment and admissions

? Lead the team of education counsellors in providing high-quality advising services to international students

? Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies

? Maintain and develop partnerships with overseas institutions and organizations

? Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services and make recommendations for improvement

? Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in the field of international education

? Meet Allotted Team targets (Leads, Applications & Visas)

? Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey

? Conduct Training sessions & help build a world-class team of counsellors

? Maintain high Satisfaction Ratings

? Report & Data Management

? Implement Organizational Values, Goals & objectives within the team

? Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets

? Identify, analyze and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors

Ideal Persona:

The ideal Candidate should be from a Counselling industry who has an Expertise of overseas education counselling and should have Broad knowledge of Overseas education, Career Counselling, Visa Counselling, program development, student recruitment, admissions and have experience in managing a team

? In-depth knowledge of UK, USA, Canada & Australia Destination

? 2+ years of experience in leading a team of a minimum of 6 counsellors

? Sound Understanding of various courses, admissions process, Visa process, and career options across various disciplines

? Knowledge of international student recruitment and Familiarity with current trends and developments in international education

? Experience in Shortlisting universities based on student profiles & preferences

? Excellent in written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences

? Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools.

? Expertise in time management, analytical and organizational skills along with prior experience in Team Management

? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
