We need inside phone representatives to build business opportunities by setting high quality appointments with small business owners in United States to support our elite team of sales representatives. This high-paying opportunity is a 100% remote position. You will never have to fight traffic to the office again and you will have the freedom to choose when and where you complete your 25 hours (minimum) to be most effective each week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• This position is 100% phone sales/appointment setting. Representative must activate leads provided by company and secure own leads and referrals. Over 50% of your leads will be cold calls.
• Be aggressive in generating results with key decision makers each day
• Report activity and results on a daily basis
• Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management
• Working hours are flexible between 9:00 am-5:00 pm EST (Florida Time Zone)

Skills & Experience Required
• ENGLISH PROFICIENT IN SPEAKING IS MANDATORY
• Candidates must have at least 1 year proven phone success in the Cold Calling environment
• Traits, attitudes, skills: unstoppable mindset, coachable, exceptionally driven, resourceful, results-oriented, passionate about helping businesses grow, persuasive, assertive, honest, quality follow-up, attention to detail, gregarious, outstanding verbal communicator over the telephone
• The ability to work from your home using your own PC (Desktop or Laptop), Fast stable internet connection, Headset, Quiet place to work.

Earnings
• Base Pay (Pay per hour) plus performance bonuses.
• Start with $700 USD up to $2000 per month
• PLUS LIFETIME RESIDUAL
