Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic person who can Conceptualize, Market, and Sale Programs, Shows, and Event for Saina's Productions initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, promoting, and selling programs, shows and event concepts, as well as building strong relationships with all the connected entities and clients.
This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a strong marketing and sales background
Responsibilities:
Marketing and Sales:
• Develop comprehensive marketing and sales strategies for programs/ shows/ events to maximize revenue.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential sponsors and partners.
• Approaches potential clients through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events, or other means
• Hones and delivers a skilled sales pitch to potential clients, either by phone or in person, in an effort to secure a sale
• Analyse marketing trends and monitored competitors' activities, providing valuable insights for brand enhancement and refining sales and marketing strategies.

• Ability for setting strategic goals and making decisions to ensure the smooth progress of day-to-day business activities

• Existing clients should be visited and retain the relationship

Events and Shows:
• Tracking the profit and loss and EBITDA for the non-fiction department, events and shows
• Planning and executing events, shows, and sponsorship marketing, including selling stalls and securing Presenting all types of sponsors and Partners including title sponsors.
• Ensuring visible media presence, continuously monitoring public relations and ensuring the success of client programs.
• Make sure that commitments & deliverables are provided without fail. (Being bridge between partner and execution team)
• Develop concepts for new clients which will represent the theme in a way that client needs.
Liasoning with Govt. Officials and Corporate Levels:
Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, corporate executives, and key stakeholders as and when required.
• Collaborate with government agencies to obtain necessary approvals, permits, and support for events.
• Negotiate and secure partnerships with senior corporate leaders for event sponsorships and participation.

Presentation and Representation:
• Prepare all supporting presentation materials and documents required for marketing and sales purpose.
• Act as the face of the company at events, presenting concepts to clients, partners, and attendees.
• Ensure a professional and presentable appearance and demeanour at all times.
• Target: 3.5 – 5 lakhs /month (Closing) at probation period.
• Proper book keeping of events, interviews and all other possible marketing opportunities in the firm.
