Job Description

.NET Developer / Lead with a minimum 5 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic and innovative development team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in developing scalable and high-performance applications using .NET Core / Entity frameworks. The candidate should be proficient in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software solutions while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable .NET Core applications.
2. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other technical issues.
3. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
5. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
6. Stay updated on the latest .NET technologies and best practices.
7. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency.
8. Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
9. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
10. Share knowledge and mentor junior developers within the team.
11. Design and implement database structures and queries for efficient data storage and retrieval.
12. Solid understanding of database design and SQL.
13. Work with relational and NoSQL databases as needed for specific projects. (NoSql is not mandatory, but will be an advantage)
14. Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET Entity/Core framework.
15. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.

Educational Qualification:
BTech/BE/MCA as education qualification
