Job Description
Responsibilities:
Attending Guests:
Greeting and welcoming guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Assisting guests with inquiries and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Pantry Duties:
Preparing and serving beverages such as coffee and water to staff and guests.
Ensuring the pantry area is stocked with necessary supplies.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the pantry area.
Cleaning Office Premises:
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
Dusting and wiping down surfaces, including desks, chairs, and countertops.
Procurement Responsibilities:
Purchasing office supplies, pantry items, and stationery as needed.
