Currently we looking for a Online Customer Support Executive for our Cochin Branch.

Duties and responsibilities

Handling Customer queries
Ensure timely revert to customer queries without fail
FB leads conversion analysis
Coordination for Facebook page promotion on leads
Qualification

Minimum Graduation
