•Write well designed, testable, efficient code
•Design, implement and maintain Java-based applications that can be high-volume and low-latency
•Identify and resolve any technical issues arising
•Prepare and produce releases of software components
•Debugging and resolving technical problems that arise.
•Producing detailed design documentation.
•Recommending changes to existing Java infrastructure.
