Job Description

The Operation Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facility
Role also involves Proactive analysis of demand forecasting and planning for the logistics of the same.
* Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
* Optimize operational processes for efficiency.
* Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
* Handle logistics, inventory, and supply chain management.
* Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
* Monitor production schedules and manage workforce.
* Generate operational reports and present to senior management.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in operations management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
* Proven track record of managing production processes and teams.
* Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics management.
* Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
