Experience: 2+ years in a digital agency

We’re looking for a strategic performance marketer who thinks like a consultant and account owner, not just an ads operator. You’ll design full-funnel growth strategies, run and scale paid media, and build CRM-backed systems that drive real revenue impact.
What You’ll Do
• Lead paid media on Google, Meta & LinkedIn from strategy to execution
• Build and optimise funnels, landing pages and improve CRO
• Implement & refine CRM pipelines, automations and nurture sequences
• Plan and run structured experiments across audiences, creatives, offers & bidding
• Own client communication: weekly updates, monthly reviews, quarterly planning
• Collaborate with creatives and developers to produce high-performing assets
• Maintain accurate tracking & reporting, and deliver clear insights
Must-Have
• 2+ years performance marketing experience in an agency, handling multiple accounts
• Proven results with Google Ads & Meta Ads; comfort with LinkedIn Ads (B2B)
• Hands-on CRM & automation (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce/GoHighLevel; Zapier/Make)
• Strong analytics with GA4, GTM and dashboards (e.g. Looker Studio)
• Excellent client-facing communication & stakeholder management
• Ability to own strategy, prioritise well, and execute with speed & rigour
Nice to Have
• YouTube Ads and creative direction for video
• CRO experience (copy tests, layouts, social proof, speed optimisation)
• Experience with call tracking, offline conversion import, lead scoring, sales enablement
• Familiarity with AI tools for creatives, lead qualification and reporting
Success Looks Like
• Hitting or beating CPA/CAC/ROAS targets while growing qualified volume
• Better MQL?SQL/meeting rates via improved funnels & automations
• Reliable tracking and proactive recommendations clients trust
