Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Design Performance Test Scripts for Web applications based on Requirements
Participate in Performance bottleneck analysis and fixes
Perform Performance Engineering & Performance Improvement activities
Run and manage performance test campaigns
Communicate progress and issues through regular Status Reports
Collaborate with Business/development teams to improve system performance
Be responsible for analyzing and tracking the performance engineering activities against the defined performance testing metrics on an ongoing basis.
Be responsible for analysis and tracking against the defined performance benchmarks.
Design, implement and drive performance, scalability, stability, and stress tests using industry standard tools, and custom solutions / script
Minimum Qualification and Experience
3-6 years of experience in Performance Testing using testing tools such as Visual Studio, J Meter, LoadRunner etc.
Mandatory Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience using performance test tools - Visual Studio, J Meter, LoadRunner etc
Sound knowledge of test concepts
Test Process and Agile working knowledge
Desired Skills
Knowledge in C#, SQL, JavaScript and Web API
Competency Requirement
Strong written, verbal communication skills
Good customer facing skills
Must be able to work independently as well as within a group.
