FEMALE PERSONAL SECRETARY to CEO
Location : Kochi
Job Profile
1) Schedule appointments of CEO in clinics and online
2) Schedule meetings of CEO with internal staff and external individuals (marketing, medical reps, etc.
3) Make and Schedule any personal appointments required for CEO
4) Follow up on the leaves, transportation and salary of CEO s personal maids.
5) Arrange and coordinate the travel tickets and itinerary of CEO.
6) Accompany CEO on her clinic and online appointment days.
7) Schedule appointments of VIP/ Personal clients for CEO.
8) Arrange gifts/favours for clients suggested by CEO.
9) Make sure the household matters of CEO is in order (laundry, groceries, etc)
Candidate Profile
· Smart and energetic
· Should be willing to work flexi-time.
· Should be willing to travel extensively with the MD.
· Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
· Flexibility and adaptability
· Good oral and written communication skills
· Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
· The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
· Tact and diplomacy
· A knowledge of MS Office, standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
Salary: INR 15000 - 17000
