• Pleasant personality with good communication skills
• Experience in similar capacity in reputed educational institutions
• Capable to assess organization-wide training needs and identify skills/knowledge gaps that need to be provided to the students.
• Capable to plan, organize & conduct pre-placement training.
• Capable to motivate the students/parents on the importance of every placement drive
• Capable to organize placement drives with coordinator of placementies
• Coordinate with the respective college principal/s on pre-campus placement training

? Salary no bar for deserving candidates
