Job Summary


Regularly update the Project Tracker.

File Tracking and sharing files with all the stakeholders.

Assigning work to artists via Studio Manager.

Preparing Minutes of Meeting.

Arranging calls and Skype meeting for Production team.

Prepare Project breakdown tracker as instructed by the Producer.

Update CEO Tracker as per the guidance of Producer.

Regular interaction with internal teams.

Ensure that communication is given adequate importance - both oral and written. Leave no room for assumptions.
