3–5 years of experience as a Production In-Charge / Production Supervisor in the joinery or interior fit-out industry.
Strong experience in joinery production, furniture, cabinetry, doors, kitchens, and interior fit-out works.
Good knowledge of joinery materials, machinery, production processes, and finishing.
Ability to read and understand technical/shop drawings.
Strong manpower and production management skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
UAE/GCC experience preferred.
