Job Description
Department: Fabrication
5-8 years of experience in the process equipment fabrication and production line.
Duties and Responsibilities:
It is the responsibility of each individual to familiarize himself with all safety rules & regulations, attend required safety trainings & to participate in the required safety programs (STOP, ASA, Risk Assessment etc.).
• Co-ordinate with Shop Supervisor on day-to-day activities and manpower planning.
• Follow-up of fabrication proceedings, which involve monitoring the progress in comparison to the production schedule and investigate any problems that might delay the progress.
• Perform the job as per the defined scope of work and highlight any deviation. Explore all possibilities to reduce cost of production and improve productivity.
• Conduct kick of meeting to identify input and feedback from Shop Supervisor / Production Supervisor.
• Receive work packages, review and co-ordinate work packages received from Client with Shop Supervisor and QC department.
• Prepare Material Requisition for the project material as and when required by Shop Supervisor.
• Co-ordinate all technical queries with production during different stages of fabrication.
• Input to new projects in the bidding stage such as man-hour review, special handlings chargers, NDE/AI cost analysis, and transportation cost.
• Prepare the job title and their indices in which he will file related documents.
• Should maintain Project specification, data sheets, designs, drawings, work schedule, fabrication procedures, delivery schedule, internal memos, and minutes of meeting, and request for information.
• Ensures compliance to company policies and procedures such as ISO/ASME certifications.

Key Skills and Required Qualifications:
• Good communication & reporting skills
• QC background will be an added advantage.
• Preferably conversant with Saudi Aramco / Sabic specification / standards.
