Job Description

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in plastic manufacturing.
Strong experience in PVC, HDPE, PP, or similar plastic production.
Good knowledge of extrusion and plastic manufacturing processes.
Experience handling production teams and factory manpower.
Good knowledge of machine operation, production parameters, and troubleshooting.
Ability to monitor production quality and control material wastage.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work under production targets and deadlines.
Willingness to work in shifts and a factory environment.
