Job Description

Zeptium Technologies LLC is hiring an experienced Project Coordinator with SIRA approval, a valid UAE
driving license and strong experience in ELV systems, project documentation, and pre-sales support. The
candidate will coordinate project execution, manage documentation, support technical proposals, and
ensure projects are delivered on time and in compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

SIRA Approved certification is mandatory.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in ELV or security systems.
Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Intrusion Alarm, Intercom, and other ELV systems.
Experience in project documentation, BOQ preparation, technical submittals, and pre-sales support.
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
