Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source suppliers for food, beverages, and restaurant supplies.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to ensure favourable contracts.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Assist in budget management and cost control measures.
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to understand product requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records of purchases and inventory levels.
- Stock issue to kitchen.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
