Job Description

Years of Experience: 4-5
Good programming experience & OOPs concepts in Python and any standard test framework (like pytest, unittest, nose etc)
Experience evaluating and improving the efficiency of python programs in a Linux environment.
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of Bioinformatics, Genomics, or Life Sciences
Ability / willingness to learn bioinformatics / genomics
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Extra credit: Experience in Unix/Linux Shell Programming
Extra credit: Experience working with Docker
Extra credit: Experience working with Slurm Workload Manager
Extra credit: Experience working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins
