Experienced Manager Candidate for a fine dining restaurant.
Well-groomed appearance and good communication skills to handle high end clients.
Need to handle and train service staff and keep regular checks on discipline and etiquette
Handle guest service effectively
Prepare sales reports and evaluate month end inventory
Ensure the grooming standards of the staff
Build the catering vertical
Ensure the smooth operations of restaurant, online orders and catering vertical
Restaurant experience is a must
Need to involve in cost controls and give inputs to increasing profitability
Need to discuss and implement new menu introductions with the Executive Chef
You will be reporting directly to the Owners

Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management
