Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
• Coordinate sales activities and follow up with clients as needed.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Handle inquiries from clients and provide information as required.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
• Prepare and distribute sales reports.
• Manage correspondence and communications with clients.
• Maintain organized records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordination and Communication:
• Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments.
• Ensure that all sales documentation is complete and accurate.
• Coordinate logistics for client visits, meetings, and events.
Requirements:
• Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
• Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
