Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Codilar, your primary responsibility will be to nurture leads, schedule product demos, and update the CRM system. You will play a crucial role in driving the sales pipeline and generating revenue for our cwarmer product. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

? Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online platforms, social media, industry events, and referrals.
? Lead Nurturing: Engage with leads through phone calls, emails, social media, and other communication channels to qualify their interest, educate them about the benefits of cwarmer, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
? Demo Scheduling: Collaborate with the sales team to schedule product demos for qualified leads, ensuring that the demos are tailored to the specific needs and pain points of the prospects.
? CRM Management: Accurately and diligently update the CRM system with relevant lead information, communication details, and progress updates. Ensure that all data is up-to-date and maintained in accordance with company standards.
? Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies, content creation, and campaign optimization to maximize lead conversion rates.
? Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and other sales collateral as needed. Collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies for lead follow-up and conversion.
? Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status to the sales and marketing teams. Use data-driven insights to suggest improvements and optimize the lead nurturing process.
? Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to effectively position cwarmer and articulate its unique value proposition to prospects.
? Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with potential customers by understanding their pain points, addressing their needs, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

? Experience: Proven experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in the technology/software industry.
? Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively articulate product features and benefits to potential customers.
? Customer-centric Mindset: Strong focus on providing exceptional customer experiences. Ability to understand customer needs and tailor messaging accordingly.
? Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
? Team Player: Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to achieve shared goals.
? Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using productivity tools like email, spreadsheets, and document editors.
