Job Description
UBS Bill Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products in the Home city area.
Responsibilities:
1. Conducting regular visits to potential and existing clients to promote and sell UBS Bill Pvt Ltd products.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
4. Providing product demonstrations and presentations to clients as needed.
5. Collecting and analyzing market feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
6. Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding market reach.
7. Keeping accurate records of sales activities and submitting regular reports to management.
8. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
9. Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including pricing, delivery, and payment terms.
10. Representing UBS Bill Pvt Ltd in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Salary based on sales target achievement
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the Sales and marketing sector.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Strong convension skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
4. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
7. Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed.
8. 12th, diploma or equivalent or higher degree; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
