We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of freight forwarding, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive in our Freight Forwarding division, you will be responsible for driving new business development, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our comprehensive range of freight forwarding services, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
3. Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Develop detailed and competitive proposals that address client requirements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable contracts.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with operations, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and enhance overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven track record in freight forwarding sales with a minimum of one years of experience.
- Strong understanding of international logistics, customs regulations, and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
